Hello,
We understand taking protective measures to slow the spread of COVID-19 is a top priority for organizations around the world. We are actively monitoring the situation and taking the steps needed to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. Our team of Customer Care Representatives, Technicians, Engineers, and User-Experience (UX) experts have been prepared with best practices for minimizing risks to health and safety, while delivering the support required for your organization with limited disruption to your daily activities.
We are taking the following steps immediately:
- Encourage remote working for staff wherever possible, using our conferencing and collaboration solutions with video for all meetings.
- Increase office cleaning frequency to ensure sanitary conditions in the workplace.
- Eliminate all non-project related air travel and defer all project related air travel for 30 days.
- Eliminate all non-project related visitors to our offices. Should our customers require equipment or support from our facilities, please coordinate access with your account manager or project manager.
- Institute a 14 day mandatory self-quarantine (don’t come in the office or go to a job site) for anyone returning to work from travel to any CDC designated Covid-19 high risk area or ANY cruise.
- In the event of exposure, all employees shall report into HR and remain self-quarantined for 14 days.
Our clients rely on us to make sure they have the right technology solutions to collaborate effectively and work productively from any environment. We will continue to deliver and support solutions that organizations rely on when unexpected challenges come their way. Facilities have quickly begun adapting to remote work and collaboration to limit risk for their employees. Please know that, as always, we are a resource for your organization, ready to support you while you continue supporting your employees, customers, students, and patients.
Stay safe and remember we are here to help.
